History
CPL first opened 20 years ago as CPS a small presentation company based in a small unit not far from Birmingham. Since then the company has grown rapidly and has become one of the UK's leading providers of AV equipment rental, technical staging and production support services to a range of markets from Exhibitions to Corporate and Live Events.
Company Directors Matthew and Scott have worked long and hard to gain a reputation for technical creativity, quality, and professionalism combined with a strong focus on customer service, which has seen the Company forge lasting relationships with production companies, exhibition organisers, AV service providers and venues throughout the UK.
CPL have a central UK location and being close to major motorway networks, and international airports are able to provide state of the art Video, Audio and Lighting technologies Nationally and Internationally.
Personnel
There are now three main areas to our business Equipment Hire & Sales, Technical Services and Venue Services, each of these departments is staffed by full time permanent staff who between them combine a wealth of knowledge and experience in their field and various industry disciplines to ensure the highest levels of service and support to our clients.
For that reason we are justifiably proud of our team of dedicated, creative and enthusiastic Project Managers, Technicians and Support Staff. Crucially they have the ability to offer advice and provide solutions. Our team are flexible, highly skilled and totally committed, they are our biggest asset and we continue to invest in their future development both within the company and also the rapidly changing industry that is AV.
Standards
We are pro active in our research of new technology and ensure that all equipment is selected to meet the highest criteria, we commit substantial resources every year to ensure that our inventory is kept up to date to include HD PPU's, HD/SD Camera Channels, LED, Media Servers. You can rest assured that all equipment is fully tested and prepared each and every time it leaves our warehouse.
As with our equipment we also commit resources to maintain our high levels and as such are proud to have achieved and uphold both Investors in People accreditation and ISO9008 quality standard.
