Driver / AV Technician

Salary: Dependent on Experience

As part of our continued growth we now have the opportunity for a Driver / AV Technician to join our team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivery, Installation and Collection of Audio Visual equipment on client sites to Company standards
  • Occasional operation of equipment for Conferences and Exhibitions
  • Uphold standards of Personal Presentation to clients
  • Drive the Company vehicles with care & attention and maintain in a clean condition
  • Accurate processing of all paperwork for Delivery, Collection & Goods In
  • Quality Control, checking and maintaining of equipment prior to delivery & on collection
  • Maintain a safe working environment

You will have:

  • Good standard of dress and Personal presentation
  • Able to work on own initiative and able to work as a co-operative member of a team
  • Honest Reliable & Trustworthy & careful driver with a current Clean driving licence
  • Able to work as a co-operative member of a team
  • Good communication skills and confident when dealing with clients& meeting the public
  • Willing to work flexible hours as required
  • Must be Computer Literate with knowledge of PowerPoint useful
  • Experience and or interest in the use of AV equipment is useful & willingness to learn the skills to use AV technology

Accountant / Administrator

Salary: Dependent on Experience

As part of our continued growth we now have the opportunity for an Accountant / Administrator to join our team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervision of Accounts Assistant – Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger
  • The production of accurate monthly, quarterly and year end draft accounts to accounting  deadlines.
  • Payroll, Pensions and associated administration
  • Reconciliation of Bank and Expense accounts
  • Budgets, Cashflow Forecasts and monitoring
  • Credit Control
  • Quality Systems

You will have:

  • Must be a recently qualified self-motivated Accountant with 1-2 year`s experience in a general accounts role .
  • Experience working with Sage 50 accounts at an advanced level and Sage Payroll is essential with the willingness to initiate and improve systems in line with business development.
  • Good problem solving and communication skills and the ability to work flexibly within a busy and friendly team.
  • Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills

Freelance Opportunities

You will be experienced in one or all of the following disciplines:

  • Video & Data including PPU Racks/Engineering
  • Audio
  • Lighting
  • Rigging
  • Powerpoint

You will have good track record and references. Freelance staff are required to work to our company standards and must have a high level of personal presentation and technical ability when working with our clients. You must be comfortable working in a corporate environment and be able to perform calmly under pressure. Good team working skills are essential.
