The Pelican Buying Company
The Annual Education Catering Conference and Trade Show took place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole. This is the flagship event for education catering and provides a wealth of training and development opportunities for all who attend.
As this was the 6th year CPL had worked on the project our aim was to make the event the best yet. Following many brainstorming sessions, CPL developed a complete Audio Visual package, once again managing to successfully integrate the conference with the exhibition.
A total of 260 delegates were in attendance and the trade show was supported by well over 40 companies exhibiting their products and sharing their latest innovations.
CPL designed and constructed a bespoke twin screen set and stage area. To add impact to the set a colourful lighting package was designed allowing an effective transition from the daytime conference to the evening awards ceremony.
