A department that allows us to concentrate on the indiviual and often unique AV hire and presentation requirements of the Venue yet works with you to drive your conferencing business forward.
From booking to collection our Venue Services department make it easy for you to hire equipment and technical support for conferences of 5 to 500 delegates. Operating from a central location, CPL are ideally located and are on hand 24 hours 7 days a week to assist with the daily challenges of organising events.
Our venues services department offer helpful advice supported by new equipment that is regularly serviced, our technicians are experienced and knowledgeable and will ensure that whatever your requirement it will be delivered, installed and collected on time and to your complete satisfaction.
Event Partners
We pride ourselves on being able to react to both the changing and immediate AV requirements of the individual venue. Through our Venue Services department you have a management structure dedicated to you, one that understands your processes. With a 24 hour hassle free service we are never more than a call away!
Equipment
We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality which is why all equipment supplied is of the highest industry standard. Providing everything from flipcharts to staging, projection to lighting, we cater for all of your AV requirements and you can rest assured that all equipment is checked each and every time it leaves our warehouse.
